When it comes to designing footwear, there are a few brands that accomplish a balance of style, modern thinking and most importantly, comfort! When you think of sports or fitness related footwear; you instantly think of classics such as Adidas, Puma and Nike.
Ps. I don’t know whether you call it shoes, trainers or sneakers – but we are going with footwear for this overview…
Today we are looking at the brand that has taken 2021 by storm, out of nowhere. AIC Sneaks are a relatively newcomer to the footwear market.

The overall design is an easy observation to why AIC Sneaks have become rapidly popular within their target market’s age range. It’s based loosely off other leading brand names, but adding their own various style to it.
Discrete open air vent meshes around the nose and sides, light laces yet durable, the tongue has an extra layer of fabric to create flexibility and a sock like feel to when you are putting them on.
The sole insert has more air vents throughout, so there is maximum air circulation no matter the activity you encounter. Backing the style up with the most comfortable aspect, the bubble on the heel. It acts as support and resistance for walks or running.
Part two, the variance of colours
Many other sneakers featuring the notorious ‘bubble heel’ hasn’t gone to the lengths AIC Sneaks have spent the time and energy on. There is over 8 different colours to choose from and when they say uni sex, it really is – there is a colour to suit each personality.
Part three, the design of fit and comfort
Backing up the overall design features, the feel and experience of wearing a pair of AIC Sneaks 270 model is similar to wearing UGGS, minus the lambs wool interior. Maybe this could be a feature in the future – who knows?
We have trialed the sneaker and can safely say, yes it does look very similar to other brands and narrowly on the fence of being a copy – but for $40. Yes, the quality of craftsmanship and comfort, we can definitely vouch for this sneaker.
